Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of DegenMerge, its optional online features and the DegenMerge website. By installing or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

DegenMerge is intended for users aged 13 or older. If local law requires a higher age to consent to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

3. Game license

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play DegenMerge for non-commercial entertainment. The game, artwork, software, names and other content remain owned by their respective rights holders.

4. Guest saves, profiles and wallets

You can play as a guest. Guest progress is stored locally and may be lost if you clear app data, uninstall the game or lose the device. A compatible Solana wallet may optionally be used to authenticate and synchronize a cloud profile. A public wallet address is not a traditional account recovery method.

You are responsible for your device, wallet and wallet credentials. DegenMerge never needs your private key or recovery phrase. Blockchain transactions, if introduced in a future optional feature, may be irreversible and may involve third-party wallet or network terms.

5. Virtual items and rewards

Coins, boosters, themes, creature sets, scores and other in-game rewards are entertainment features. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future offer, they have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or cryptocurrency, and may not be sold or transferred. Balance values may be adjusted to fix bugs, abuse or economy errors.

6. Rewarded advertising

Rewarded advertisements are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider reports a completed view. Availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, connectivity, consent choices and ad inventory. Normal gameplay and free claims remain available without watching an advertisement.

7. Fair use

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, tamper with the app, falsify rewards, interfere with services, impersonate another user, harass others, or use DegenMerge for unlawful activity. Please report serious exploits instead of abusing them.

8. Third-party services

DegenMerge may rely on app stores, wallet apps, Solana infrastructure, advertising providers, Supabase and hosting services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, wallet actions, network fees or content served by an advertising provider.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, balance, suspend or discontinue features to improve the game, maintain security, comply with store rules or address technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent support for every device.

10. Disclaimers and liability

DegenMerge is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the game will always be error-free or that local progress can always be recovered. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict optional online features when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law. You may stop using the game at any time. Cloud profile deletion instructions are available on the account deletion page.

12. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the game evolves. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
