1. Who operates DegenMerge

DegenMerge is operated under the SolanaGames publishing name. For privacy questions or requests, contact lolosenpai.dev@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

Guest and local game data

The game stores progression locally on your device, including scores, unlocked creatures and themes, missions, soft currency, booster charges, settings, nickname, avatar selection and rewarded-ad unlock progress. This data is not sent to our cloud while you remain an offline guest.

Optional wallet and cloud profile

If you choose to connect a compatible Solana wallet and enable synchronization, we process your public wallet address, a signed login challenge, profile name, avatar, scores, progression, unlocked and equipped cosmetic items, and synchronization metadata. DegenMerge never asks for or stores your private key or recovery phrase.

Advertising and consent data

DegenMerge offers optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region and privacy choices, advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app and device information, consent signals, and ad interaction or delivery data. A reward is granted only after a completed rewarded advertisement. Refusing personalized advertising does not prevent normal gameplay or free claims.

Support communications

If you email us, we process your email address, message and any diagnostic information you voluntarily provide so that we can answer your request.

3. Why we use this information

• Provide gameplay, local saving, optional cloud synchronization and profile features.
• Authenticate wallet ownership through a readable sign-in message.
• Deliver optional rewarded advertisements and prevent duplicate rewards.
• Maintain security, diagnose failures and answer support requests.
• Meet legal, consent and store-compliance obligations.

4. Services and recipients

We may rely on the following providers to operate the game:

• Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform for rewarded ads and regional consent management. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads for rewarded-ad mediation and delivery. See Unity's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase for optional cloud profiles and synchronization. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter and your selected wallet for optional wallet authentication. Your wallet provider applies its own privacy policy.
• Vercel for hosting this informational website. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not directly sell personal information. Advertising partners may process or “share” advertising identifiers as defined by certain privacy laws, depending on your region and consent choices.

5. Your advertising choices

Where required, DegenMerge displays a consent form before advertising services are initialized. You can reopen available controls from Settings → Privacy Options. Android system privacy and advertising controls may also limit identifier use.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you clear the application's storage or uninstall the game. Optional cloud profile data remains until you delete the cloud profile, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed. Providers retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations.

Instructions are available on the account deletion page. Deleting a cloud profile intentionally keeps the local guest save unless you separately clear the app's storage.

7. Children

DegenMerge is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

8. International processing and security

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Email lolosenpai.dev@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant cloud profile. Never send a wallet recovery phrase or private key.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy as DegenMerge evolves. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be announced in the game.
